DS-SMT1815 Fabric laser cutting machine

High speed double head auto feeding textile laser cutting machine, using high-definition digital SLR to recognize the high precision imaging, large-format and different patterns at one time. Using large format Camera Positioning vision cutting system to support printed material contour extraction aboard maximum 12 different templates matching and processing;

The motion system adopts multiple sets of servo motors with high inertia and torque to ensure high-speed and high-precision, which is 3 times higher in efficiency compared to traditional cutting machines with belt conveyor.

Main Configuration：
1、 Double head asynchronous laser cutting system, mixed nesting function available, the software will separate the work and align to the two heads to cut asynchronously, highly improve machine efficiency and save materials
2、Adopts high-end DSP chips to ensure the software enjoy the powerful data processing ability, no deformation and distortion for high-speed continuous curve cutting.
3、Large vision cutting system: Linear array cameras extract the patterns contour or features during the conveyor moving, then cut accordingly and preciously;
4、Distributed air draft structure helps effectively absorb cutting smoke and dust particles for better working environment;
5、High quality motors, synchronous belt, sliding block and optical lens to ensure the machine long term stability and good performance;
