The working principle of cloth laser cutting machine
Taking laser cutting as an example, the working principle of the cloth cutting machine is based on the thermal effect of the laser. When the device is activated, the laser generator generates a laser beam with a high energy density, which is transmitted through the optical path system and focused onto the fabric surface. The energy of the laser beam is absorbed by the cloth in an instant, so that the local temperature of the cloth rises sharply, reaching the melting point or even the boiling point, so as to achieve the melting or vaporization of the cloth and complete the cutting process. During the cutting process, the auxiliary gas system will spray high-pressure gas into the cutting area to blow the melted or vaporized fabric residue away from the cutting site, ensuring the smooth cutting process and making the cutting edge smoother.
